RETURNS
We want you to love your purchase—but we understand sometimes it’s not quite right.

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee: A small restocking fee of $5 may be deducted from your refund to cover handling and payment processing.
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment (minus shipping and fees).
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.
EXCHANGES
We don’t offer traditional exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
